The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are looking to recruit an Ethernet Project Manager.

In your role you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning and implementation of project
• Compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures
• Maintain Quality of work in accordance with SLA’s and KPI’s
• Managing project administration, including all documentation
• Internal and external customer relationships are maintained in a professional and supportive manner
• Reporting regularly to senior management
• Tracking project performance
• Project evaluations and results measurement
• Reports are provided accurately and on time
• Liaising with clients and other interested parties to ensure that programs are completed on time

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

• Have extensive working knowledge and experience on the Openreach network
• Previous Telecoms experience-Civils/Cabling/Splicing
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experienced and proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to analyse problems and offer and implement solutions
• Approachable, understanding and able to communicate at all levels in a concise and professional manner
• Self-motivated and flexible and have the drive to achieve the company and clients targets
• Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An enthusiastic, positive and proactive decision maker
